Booking requests do not envisage any commitment on the part of the guest towards Strand Hotel Delfini. The reply to availability requests will take place, save for exceptional cases, within 24 hours following the request, by electronic mail or telephonically. Only once Hotel Strand Delfini has actually confirmed accommodation availability for the requested period, will it be possible to proceed with the booking confirmation.
Deposit: Prior to arrival, as a booking guarantee, a non-refundable confirmation deposit is required in case of non-arrival.
Cancellation of guaranteed booking: No penalties will be imposed for cancellations received at least 20 days prior to the date of arrival. That term having elapsed, the penalties applied will amount to 50% of the total value of the booked accommodation.
For bookings of one or two nights, the penalty will amount to one night.
Early Check Out or No-show: For early checkout as opposed to the period booked, or in the case of no-show, the entire accommodation booked will be billed by the Hotel.
Insurance: Guests are kindly requested to take up an insurance to cover cancellations, no-show or interruption of the stay.
